Andii Mihay Events love creating and designing trends to bring to our Clients, hopefully sparking some styling inspiration for their next booking.
Recently we teamed up with local talent Leonie Winks Photography to bring a design to light that has been months in the making!
Featuring our new Diamond Arbour, we invite you into the styled shoot which is ~ 'Modern Boho Winter Wedding'.
North West Queensland is blessed with gorgeous weather throughout the 'winter' season. Sunny days, cool winds and temps around 21 to 25 degrees! Heaven. This is usually when clients take advantage of the beautiful weather and decide to tie the knot!
First step is to choose your location, again, our surroundings in the North West are visually stunning. The outback is filled warm red and orange tones, silver greens and wispy creams through the dried grass.
In all of our event designs we seek to work with the surroundings, ensuring that we compliment the earth and work alongside her beauty. In this concept we chose to pull together warm tones of amber, biscuit, peach and nudes - offset with copper gold.
Don't feel afraid to let your stylist or florist get adventurous with your florals, as you can see they become a paramount feature of any setting.
These would have to be one of my favourite floral combinations that I have worked with thus far. Combinations of wheat and hessian paired with Phalaenopsis Orchids has probably never traditionally been thought of, yet you can see they work lovely together. We wanted a touch of rustic country still apparent through the modern trends. Staying true to who we are and where we are!
Everything that you see in this shoot was sourced, designed or constructed locally. Including the beautiful Bariano dress and earrings, from LOFT 23. Dresses do not have to be the traditional white, you can offset nude with a detailed white lace overlay. The vintage style earrings also created a highlight to the outfit boasting soft aqua and peach, on a copper gold back.
